In 2019, I began working as a web and graphic designer at Franchise Marketing Systems (FMS), a full service franchise development agency. Within 8 months at the company, I implemented an internal and external structure creating a strong foundation that led to a new division, Dream Arc Creative. My responsibilities included growing and training the marketing team, managing internal marketing operations, expectations, branding, client deliverables, and price structure, assess and resolve conflict, attend and represent services at franchise expositions, establish trade relations, and contribute to the marketing team effort by accomplishing related results as needed through design and photography projects.

Management
After restructuring and creating a strong internal foundation, our production flow and client satisfaction increased. With the collaboration of the marketing team members, we worked together to meet deadlines, provide upper management and sales with quality work and timely communication, and enjoyed the journey through growing pains. I am grateful to my experience here because I had the opportunity to meet a variety of entrepreneurs and learned from them as well as the FMS team. After stepping down as marketing director, I have maintained an ongoing relationship with FMS as a new client.

Production
When it came to each client, I would assess and anticipate their visions starting with a questionnaire to incorporate into their franchise marketing materials and consumer collateral. Due to that, I was able to experiment and create a myriad of design styles, learn from their brand visions, and help ensure continuity.
